- Click "Apply" to introduce the order to the main list.
Bulk Order Entry via Import
- For entering multiple orders simultaneously, utilize the import feature. The intricacies of this method are discussed in "Syncing Your Project Schedules" linked below.
Archiving Orders
- To archive an order, select the three dot menu on the righthand side and select archive. Once you confirm, the order will move to the Archive Bin.
Create Suborders
You can manage and track your orders in parts using the Suborders feature.
- Open the extra menu for an order by clicking on the three dots.
- Select the "Create suborder" menu item.
- Name each suborder and specify their quantity. Note: the total quantity of individual suborders must match the order quantity.
- Click save.
Tips
- Unique Naming is Crucial: Ensure each order name is distinctive to prevent system conflicts.
- Double-Check Before Finalizing: Scrutinize the calculated end date and its ramifications on the schedule before confirmation.
- Bulk Entry: For multiple simultaneous entries, leverage the import feature for efficiency.
