With Building Swell's Focus Mode, delivering these instructions, along with necessary drawings, becomes seamless. Step-by-Step Guide

Entering Focus Mode

Once your team is assigned to a task, locate and click on the "focus mode" icon. It's positioned at the bottom left of your screen.
Once inside the mode, you'll be immediately presented with relevant drawings crucial for task completion.

Viewing Shop Drawings

To view the entirety of the shop drawing set:

Click on the "side tray button" located at the top left of the screen. This will display a list of all pertinent pages.
To revert to the main view and hide the pages list, click on the "pane" icon.

Tracking Progress

Within Focus Mode, your team can easily access the sequential steps required to complete the task within the specified time frame.

As your team progresses through the work instructions:

Utilize the "Precheck" button to indicate the completion of specific progress steps.
Should there be a need to reference alternative drawings, open the tray to discover other relevant shop drawings.

Getting Back Home

Click on the "Exit" button in in the bottom left of the screen.
Once back in Hard Hat mode, click on the "Dashboard" button in the bottom left of the screen to navigate back to the main part of Building Swell.

Tips

Maximized Viewing: Utilize the Focus Mode's full screen on an iPad or other tablet for an unobstructed view of the drawings and steps while on the shop floor.
Expand Search: If team members believe there may be additional relevant shop drawings, check the right tray and add relevant drawings with a quick search.
